Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with business goals
Conduct designation-wise Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Manage employee induction and onboarding programs
Coordinate PIP & IDP-based training with HR
Conduct pre and post training effectiveness assessments
Maintain training reports and feedback documentation
Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs
