The Training Manager will plan, design, and deliver training programs in coordination with cyber experts. The role includes developing training content, conducting specialized and TTT programs, evaluating trainee performance, managing LMS/CyTrain activities, and supporting online and offline trainings. The position also involves stakeholder coordination, maintaining training records, and reporting on training effectiveness, with preference for candidates having exposure to cybersecurity or technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and plan
comprehensive training programs
for diverse target audiences in consultation with cyber experts.
Design, organize, and deliver
specialized training programs
, including
Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
initiatives.
Develop and update
training content, training plans, and learning materials
.
Evaluate trainee progress through
assessments, practical examinations, and feedback sessions
.
Coordinate with internal teams, external experts, and partner organizations to enhance training delivery and outcomes.
Assist in setting up and managing
training labs and supporting infrastructure
.
Manage activities related to the
CyTrain portal
, including coordination and content support.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, trainee performance, and certification status.
Prepare and submit
reports on training outcomes, program effectiveness, and improvement areas
.
Support smooth execution of both
online and offline training programs
.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PG
) from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in managing training programs at a reputed organization.
Proven experience in
developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs
.
Strong project management skills, including
planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
.
Experience in evaluating training programs and implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience in managing
online training programs
, LMS platforms, and e-learning methodologies.
Certifications such as
CPLP, CTDM, PMP, CSM, Train the Trainer (TTT)
, or equivalent are desirable.
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
, along with strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Knowledge or expertise in
cybersecurity or related technical domains
will be an added advantage.
