Job Summary: As a Training Support Consultant within the Condition Monitoring (CM) team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs). Your mission will be to enhance the technical capabilities and commercial acumen of the organization's operations team. You will ensure they can effectively deliver premium customer experiences using Caterpillar's constantly advancing CM tools, their complete functionality, as well as leveraging critical soft skills like relationship management and presentation techniques. Your focus will be on delivering training that drives educational value and depth but is optimized for team growth and rapid deployment.
