JOB SUMMARY Test Specialist will perform the role of a technical lead in the project. Key objectives will focus on quality, effort variance and schedule adherence. Reviewing the deliverable of test engineers will be one key responsibility that therol e will have. The role requires working under limited supervision to reliability, usability and performance of the system. Along with these responsibilities, a test specialist will need to document functional tests, perform complex testing assignments and investigate operational problems with other technical team members. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # Tracking the progress of the activities every day. # Drive requirement clarifications with the team and customer # Design, author and review test cases an d test data preparation # Test execution: o Identify the test cases be executed for the cycle. o Identify regression suite and test cases for automation. o Test execution and reporting # Drive induction and mentoring of new team members and update training plans on a quarterly basis. # Come up with test estimatesfor the project. # Review the test deliverable- test scenarios, test cases, traceability and automation scripts.
