Job Title: Sr. Test Engineer

Location: Noida

Reporting Relationship: Contract for 6 Months+ Extendable

Experience: 3+ years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior Test Engineer

with strong experience in

manual and automation testing

, along with hands-on exposure to

Non-Functional Testing (NFR)

including

load/performance

and

security testing

. The role focuses on ensuring application quality through effective test design, execution, and automation.

/Responsibilities:

Perform

manual testing

including functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Design, develop, and maintain

automation test scripts

using

Playwright/Selenium

. Prepare and execute

test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

based on requirements. Conduct

NFR testing

including

load/performance testing

and

security testing

. Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure complete test coverage. Support automation and NFR best practices across the QA team.

Technical Skills(Mandatory):

3-6 years of experience in

software testing / QA

. Strong expertise in

manual testing

of web and/or enterprise applications. Hands-on experience with

automation testing tools

Playwright/Selenium - Playwright is primary - Java scripts or typescript (Selenium is optional)

Practical experience in

load/performance testing

and

security testing

. - Good to have Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies. Experience with test and defect management tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills(Optional):

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile ? Experience with performance tools such as

JMeter or LoadRunner

. Familiarity with security testing tools like

OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite

. Exposure to CI/CD integration for automated test execution. Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Finance.

Qualifications:

B-Tech in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
