JOB SUMMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES # Review requirements and ensure complete test coverage. # Create, maintain, and upgrade test scripts as well as analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports # Perform all testing activities includin g functional, integration, regression and end-to-end system testing. # Identify, isolate, regress and communicate bugs effectively and efficiently. # Log defects in a detailed, understandable and reproducible way # Track all assigned defects to closu re. # Generate and publish daily defect reports from Test Defect Management Tool. # Work with the team in an Agile Scrum environment. # Actively participate in Scrum meetings and provide QA estimate to calculate Story Points during planning phase # Publish daily status reports. # Keep current with Quality testing, techniques, tools, processes and trends. # Conduct troubleshooting, problem triage, and root cause analysis JOB REQUIREMENTS # Experience in Salesforce CRM platform, Service Cloud an d SFDC Architecture # Experience in API and Micro-services, and web services testing # Experience Knowledge on tools such as Salesforce Analytics and Salesforce AI # Experience in deriving test estimates, planning, scheduling, and reporting # Full kn owledge in, and ability to work with, the following technical skills: o Jira, Zephyr, Confluence o ServiceNow o Omni scripts, Lightning, Apex, Velocity o JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON o SQL queries o Developer Tool EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE # Bache lor s degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent work experience also accepted. # 3 years of QA experience in the Salesforce development environment # ITIL Foundation (a plus) # Testing strategy and test planning (a plus) # Knowledgeof Order Management Systems (a plus) # Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems (a plus) # Experience in Test Automation (a plus) # Experience in testing performance and Security related aspects of web applications (a plus) # Experience in databases likeMS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Informix (a plus).
