Position :

Sr. Territory Manager - Laboratory Equipment Division (LED)


Reports to :

Sr. General Manager


Location :

Bangalore


Minimum Years of Work Experience :

10 years of Experience


Maximum Years of Work Experience :

15 years of Experience


Minimum Qualification :

BSc. In Chemistry/Biology/Physics, Diploma in Electronics/Chemical/Instrumentation


Preferred Qualification :

MSc. in Chemistry / Biology / Physics, BE in Electronics/Chemical/Instrumentation


Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)

:

Direct sales of any equipment used by pharma, chemical, life science companies in Karnataka 2-5 years team handling experience

Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred)

:

Direct sales of laboratory equipment such as Oven, Vacuum Oven, Incubator, Water bath, Microwave Digester, Gas Generator, Automatic Titrator, Centrifuge in South India 6-10 years team handling experience

Responsibilities:




Responsible for selling laboratory equipment such as Oven, Vacuum Oven, Incubator, Water bath, Microwave Digester, Gas Generator, Automatic Titrator, Centrifuge handled by the Company, on his own & through assigned team members in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala states (South Region) Achieve the sales target set for the South Region for the Laboratory Equipment Division To recruit, train and build a strong team in South Region - Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad locations Define his/her and team members' weekly plans for effective customer visits to promote LED products in the assigned territory/region Keeping the CRM Sales funnel updated/management to be done by him/her and through the sales team To do commercial negotiations for order closure in Toshvin's favour Ensuring customer satisfaction by internal coordination with service and/or other related departments
