Job Description

We are looking for Tender Manager with minimum of 5 years experience in Design Consultancy (Road and Highways).

Responsibilities:

Tender Identification and Analysis:

Researching and identifying potential tender opportunities, and analyzing tender documents to understand requirements and compliance obligations.

Proposal Development:

Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and develop compelling and compliant proposals.

Tender Submission:

Managing the timely and accurate submission of all required documentation, often through online portals or other designated channels.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all tender submissions adhere to the specific requirements and regulations outlined in the tender documentation.

Negotiation:

Participating in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking the progress of tenders, monitoring market trends, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rate and bid margin.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all tender-related documentation, correspondence, and outcomes.

Strategy Development:

Contributing to the development and implementation of bidding strategies to maximize success in winning tenders.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in the tendering process and implementing best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in bid and tender management. Solid understanding of contract law and procurement regulations. Proficiency in relevant software and online platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Design Consultancy for MORTH or NHAI relevant to the tenders
