We are looking for Senior Tender Executive - Construction

Job Purpose:

The Senior Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate preparation of bid documents, compliance with client requirements, and submission within deadlines. The role requires strong knowledge of construction industry practices, contracts, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams to secure profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Bidding

Identify, track, and evaluate tenders in commercial construction (government & private). Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions. Prepare and submit pre-qualification, technical, and commercial proposals. Work with estimation teams for accurate costing, pricing, and financial inputs.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure tender submissions meet all statutory, technical, and contractual requirements. Prepare necessary documentation including EMD/BG, certifications, and client forms. Maintain tender database and track tender status, clarifications, and follow-ups.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance for bid inputs. Communicate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for clarifications. Support contract negotiation and finalization after successful bid award.

Market & Business Support

Conduct competitor analysis and market research for construction projects. Provide management with insights on bid performance and success ratios. Support business development by identifying upcoming commercial construction opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of

commercial construction projects

(buildings, offices, malls, complexes). Strong understanding of

tendering, contracts, BOQ, and construction drawings

. Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and e-procurement portals

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in

Diploma Civil Engineering /

Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Commerce

(MBA preferred).

3-8 years of experience

in tendering and contracts within the

commercial construction industry

. Proven track record in handling government and private sector construction tenders. Gender:
