Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales closures
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in telesales (product-based e-commerce only)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Comfortable working in night shifts
Mandatory Requirements
Experience

Must have own laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
Immediate or short notice period preferred
