Job Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Inbound Support:
Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Reporting:
Submit daily/weekly call reports and performance metrics to supervisors.
Required Skills
Excellent Communication:
Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus.
Persuasion & Negotiation:
Ability to influence customer decisions positively.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Professional Demeanor:
Polite, patient, and confident on calls.
Adaptability:
Quick learner with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
Prior experience in logistics, security tech, or SaaS is a bonus
