We're seeking a skilled Presales Executive to drive sales growth in our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.
2. Conduct site visits, presentations, and property tours.
3. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets.
6. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales/presales.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
