Data Entry & Record Maintenance
Update patient details in systems accurately.
Maintain call logs, appointment status and follow-up notes.
Insurance Coordination
Clarify patient queries regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, or claim status.
Coordinate with insurance providers if required.
Follow-up & Feedback
Follow up with patients' post-consultation for feedback or ongoing care.
Remind patients of upcoming checkups, medication adherence, or test results.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Call potential patients to introduce services.
Convert inquiries into appointments.
Customer Service & Query Resolution
Address patient complaints and escalate to the right department.
Guide patients on procedures, preparations and documentation needed.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
