Role Overview
The Senior Telecalling Officer will be responsible for managing high-quality customer interactions, handling lead data efficiently, and supporting the calling process to improve customer awareness and store visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to customers from leads received through various advertising portals
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper utilization of lead data
Create awareness among customers about
SalonMart products, offers, and store experience
Generate and track
walk-ins, appointments, and conversions
Team Coordination
Guide and monitor calling executives
Allocate calling data and daily targets
Ensure call quality, scripting, and customer interaction standards are followed
Support training and performance improvement of the calling team
Performance & Reporting
Make outbound calls to customers from leads received through advertising portals
Inform customers about
SalonMart products, offers, and store experience
Follow up with interested customers and schedule store visits / walk-ins
Maintain accurate calling records, lead status, and follow-up details
Support junior callers in understanding scripts and objection handling
Ensure daily calling targets and quality standards are met
Share customer feedback and conversion insights with the reporting manager
Qualification and experience
? Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
?
4-6 years of experience
in telecalling / telesales / lead conversion
? Proven track record in generating walk-ins or sales from leads
? Experience in retail, salon, wellness, or service industry will be preferred
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
Strong convincing, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
Good understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques
Ability to work with CRM systems, Excel, or lead sheets
Target-oriented, disciplined, and customer-focused

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
