Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and generate potential leads using online platforms (LinkedIn, Justdial, Google, directories, etc.)
Attend local events, expos, or visit locations for offline data collection when needed
Maintain and organize lead data using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Telesales & Follow-ups:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from generated data
Understand customer needs and explain product/service offerings
Follow up regularly with prospects via calls, messages, and emails
Sales & Conversion:
Convince potential customers to purchase and close sales effectively
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant solutions
Reporting:
Maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes
Provide regular reports to the sales manager/team lead
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar role preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills in [English, Hindi, or other regional languages]
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, MS Excel
