As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
? Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.
? Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively.
? Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods.
? Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
? Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.
? Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.
? Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
? Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
