Senior Technician
to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Senior Technician
to maintain and troubleshoot kitchen, refrigeration, and production equipment across our outlets and central kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in food service equipment and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, refrigerators, mixers).
Respond to breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
Diagnose technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and technical support.
Follow all safety protocols and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).
Train junior technicians on standard procedures.
Assist in energy management and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR, food processing, or hospitality.
Familiarity with commercial kitchen appliances and cold storage systems.
Ability to read equipment manuals and electrical diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PLC-based systems or automated kitchen equipment.
Prior experience in a multi-unit food chain or centralized kitchen setup.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
