Stay current with advancements in UKG methodologies, products, tools, and role based best practices to enhance the quality of training programs. Complete special projects and tasks as assigned. Collaborate with the Instructional Design team and provide input on the creation of enablement materials, including training, presentations, guides, tutorials, and exercises, that effectively communicate the synergy between UKG methodology and the use of our products. Conduct interactive and informative role-based programs that include training sessions, workshops, and webinars, focusing on enabling the Global Services teams to execute their roles effectively and ensure successful product deployment and support. Coordinate necessary preparation of logistics, materials and administrative planning to ensure a successful course delivery 3-5 years of experience delivering SaaS software training, via virtual classroom platforms and onsite environments. Experience of training or using UKG products is a plus Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change. Flexible and be able to work in teams and individually, influence change, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines. Adept at adapting training content to suit various learning styles and proficiency levels. Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences. Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
