The role manages and supports the Systems Administration Team in a global environment and provides senior level expertise to the Infrastructure Team. An expert in enterprise server and identity administration with knowledge and focus in endpoint administration including but not limited to deployments, provisioning, asset management etc. Must have solid work experience in managing systems for an enterprise office environment. Your Day-to-Day Will Include : Proactively manage and administer tech support, user administration, systems, etc and responsible for superior user experience. Create documentation of new and existing systems which may include network diagrams, system overviews, knowledge base entries, etc System Administration Knowledgeable with Windows 10 Administration Active Directory Management, Office365, Azure AD - User setups and Administration Monitor and respond to support requests and alerts Desktop (software/hardware) support to staff (remotely as required) Deploy laptops, imaging, provisioning, etc Office 365 application knowledge: Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, One-Drive, etc Support voice features Maintain a knowledge base, documentation, and administration procedures. Research on new technology Language skills - English Endpoint Security Windows Patching & Software Vulnerabilities Reporting to the Global Lead for Tech Support, the individual will work in a cross-functional environment covering endpoint administration, network, security, tech support and other tasks as assigned. Minimum Technical Qualifications : 8-10 years of experience with Core Systems Administration in an Enterprise Environment. Must have endpoint experience with a preference on Dell Technologies Must have a minimum of 3yrs working experience with Office 365 technologies: (Outlook, Teams, etc) Must have knowledge of telecommunication technologies (VOIP, etc.) Must have superior tech support skills and personable approach in working with users About Guidepoint: Guidepoint, a leading expert network firm, connects clients with vetted subject matter experts-Advisors-from their global professional network.
