Technology Recruiter / IT Sourcer( for a US based Technology staffing company that has large US based fortune 100 companies as its direct client base )

• Need ability to work US EST or CST hours ( some work during India Day hours is fine )
• You need to have experience sourcing for Technology roles and preferably engaged with US based candidates
• Base Salary plus uncapped incentive potential

Required skills:

• At least 2 years of Technology recruiting or sourcing experience in screening candidates for Direct Hire, contract to hire and contract positions for US or Europe based Clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ( texts, emails, in-mails , calls with US based candidates )
• Have ability to understand technical skills and latest technology terms in the industry.
• Experience working with various tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099. Understanding of different kinds of Visas like H1 B, TN visas
• Familiarity with different Job boards, job posting, and social networking sites like Linkedin Recruiter and Dice.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support senior recruiters based in the US by following recruitment process with the responsibility to provide software and IT professionals for our US based fortune 100 clients
• Responsible for handling entire sourcing cycle and assisting in the recruiting cycle when needed.
• Responsible for searching, identifying and qualifying all potential candidates through evaluating resumes, screening calls , screening candidates for their work history , their technical skills, salary requirements, communication skills .
• Constantly build and maintain a pipeline and database of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
