Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen candidates based on technical and soft skills as per job descriptions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand open requirements and hiring priorities.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across technologies like Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.
Negotiate salaries and rates with candidates based on client budgets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS records accurately.
Work on both
permanent
and
contract
hiring models as needed.
Required Skills:
2-5 years of experience in
Domestic IT recruitment
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job roles in the Indian IT market
Proficiency in using
Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter

Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
