Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in life sciences, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-priority and hard-to-fill scientific and clinical positions.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, professional networks, and scientific communities.
Create compelling job postings that attract top-tier talent and reflect our company culture.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and diversity hiring.
Stay informed about market trends in the life sciences industry, including compensation benchmarks, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused in the life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical device sectors.
