We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Technical Recruiter

with 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, especially in sourcing and screening candidates for

Java Developer

and

Data Engineer

roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skills, hiring best practices, and the ability to engage with top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for Java and Data Engineer positions using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the recruitment database and pipeline reports. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically sourcing for Java and/or Data Engineering roles. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Good understanding of technical concepts and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
