Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, data scientists).
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals to source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 5 years of technical recruitment experience (IT staffing or in-house recruitment).
• Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (programming languages, frameworks, tools).
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment CRM software.

• Experience recruiting for both IT product and service companies.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Prior experience in staffing/consulting environment.
