We are seeking a

Senior Technical Project Manager

to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for large, technical initiatives--scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and proactively manage issues that impact delivery. Ensure clear communication and reporting of project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Implement and champion best practices in project management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid models). Drive accountability and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational project management excellence.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3+ years in managing technical or software projects. Strong technical acumen--able to understand architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, or system integrations. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.). Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
