Join our Seller Fees Tech organization and lead critical expansion efforts that will shape the 3P Stores business for millions of sellers globally.



The Seller Fees Tech organization forms the foundation of Amazon's marketplace financial ecosystem, responsible for calculating, processing, and managing the complex fee structures that enable sellers to do business across Amazon's global marketplaces. Supporting over 2MM+ active sellers, our systems handle billions of transactions annually, ensuring accurate and transparent fee calculations, incentive distributions, and financial adjustments for selling partners worldwide. Our work is fundamental to overall seller economics - we enable sellers to build sustainable businesses through transparent fee structures, provide financial clarity that informs their pricing strategies and inventory decisions, and create incentive mechanisms that reward seller behaviors aligned with customer-centric goals.



As a TPM III on our Expansions team, you'll spearhead end-to-end execution of complex technical initiatives that require coordinating across multiple engineering teams, business units, and stakeholders. In addition, you'll lead the adoption of GenAI technologies to improve team efficiency and delivery capabilities, ensuring our technical solutions scale effectively across Amazon's growing global marketplace portfolio.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

A. Program Leadership & Execution

Lead complex cross-team programs


Develop comprehensive program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements

Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery or quality

Drive execution through effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and disciplined issue resolution

Define and track program success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements

Facilitate decision-making processes to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum

B. Technical Leadership

Partner with engineering leaders to align on technical approaches that balance scalability, performance, and time-to-market

Lead the adoption of GenAI technologies to improve development efficiency and code quality across engineering teams

Ensure architectural decisions consider cross-marketplace compatibility and global scalability

Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions to drive consensus on implementation approaches

Identify and address technical dependencies across systems and teams

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements that meet business needs

C. Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with engineering, product, operations, and business teams across the Seller Fees Tech organization

Communicate program status, risks, and achievements effectively to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Manage expectations and negotiate trade-offs when facing competing priorities or resource constraints

Create visibility into program progress through clear metrics, dashboards, and regular updates

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on program objectives and approaches

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
