PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, clearly articulate the problem statement, and employ various elicitation techniques to define clear, complete, accurate and traceable requirements.
  • Anticipate future requirements and develop business cases for proposed system enhancements that will maximize the product value.
  • Create and maintain artifacts like PRD, Use case diagrams, Process flow
  • diagrams etc. that are critical for product delivery.
  • Communicate with precision, engaging team and stakeholders
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of professional business analyst experience in the Airline, Travel and Hospitality or related domains.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce systems and associated Business processes like Payments, Refunds, Cancellations etc.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI and database browsers.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies-Jira, Version1 for Backlog management.
  • Hands on experience in Diagramming tools like- Microsoft Visio , Draw.io etc.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Experience with B2B Sales and Support, Contracting and Incentive, and Web Portal applications.
  • Airline, or Transportation industry experience
