Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in SFDC flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Integration and be able to execute development tasks efficiently. They should be comfortable taking guidance from the Lead Developer, following best coding practices, and completing tasks on time while contributing to high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Salesforce flows, Apex code, and LWC components. Collaborate with the Lead Developer and follow technical guidelines and architectural best practices. Ensure timely completion of assigned development tasks with high-quality, maintainable code. Follow best coding practices, including optimized queries, error handling, and reusability. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to enhance system reliability. Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Assist in integrating third-party applications and maintaining existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:


8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Expertise in SFDC flows, Apex programming, and LWC components. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best development practices. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical leads. Knowledge of Salesforce security models, API integrations, and data handling. Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code. * Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
