We are seeking highly skilled Technical Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers designed for Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Installation of IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.
Documenting installation and service activities accurately.
Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.
Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
