Job Description

:

Resource must have 3-4 years of experience with the Portia Suite (Portia, Portia Services, Portia Trader, eReports, AIM, Data Trails) Ability to Oversee system health, configurations, and software releases for Portia. Ability to Analyze high-impact incidents; lead root cause analysis and post-mortems. Ability to Maintain configuration baselines, documentation, and change control records. Ability to Coordinate with Lusis vendor for advanced troubleshooting and updates. Ability to Liaise with cross-functional teams: infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders. Ability to Ensure compliance with internal security, risk, and audit requirements.

- Familiarity with databases - SQL Server

Familiarity in Windows, including scripting and process management.
