About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

US Bookkeeping & Tax professional

with strong hands-on exposure to

end-to-end bookkeeping and US tax preparation

for both

business and individual clients

. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end US bookkeeping

for multiple clients. Maintain accurate books using

QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

. Perform

bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

. Prepare and review

monthly financial statements

. Handle

accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries

. Prepare and assist in filing

US Individual & Business Tax Returns

, including: Form

1040

Form

1120

Form

1120S

Form

1065

Work on tax software such as

Drake, ProSeries, UltraTax, or similar

. Coordinate with CPAs/clients for queries, clarifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with

US accounting standards and tax deadlines

. Maintain proper documentation and SOP adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years

of experience in

US bookkeeping and tax preparation

. Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks

. Hands-on experience with

US tax forms (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)

. Experience working with

US clients

. Good understanding of

US GAAP

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in

US CPA firms or offshore accounting firms

. Experience working in

remote/WFH setups

. Immediate availability.
