to join our recruitment consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. You'll act as a strategic hiring partner to clients, sourcing top talent, providing expert market insights, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their hiring needs, workforce planning, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
Understand client job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Deliver on client SLAs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle - from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Source high-quality candidates through various channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting, and networking.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and support.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams on database management, marketing roles, and improving sourcing strategies.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placements, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
Proven track record of successful placements across industries or specialized domains (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling senior-level or niche roles.
Exposure to international recruitment .
Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
