We are looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our consultancy team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and mentoring junior recruiters to ensure successful closures within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple industries and job roles.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and networking.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand job descriptions and hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs.
Maintain strong candidate and client relationships for repeat business.
Guide and support junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
2-3 years of recruitment experience (consultancy / staffing background must).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Target-oriented and highly motivated personality.
