Role Overview

:

Were looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-loving HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Your main focus will be on end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads. Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications. Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Track and report recruitment metrics and dashboards. Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels. Conduct end to end HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit. Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and pre-boarding formalities. Support HR initiatives and internal communications about talent hiring.

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources or related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in events, media, or creative industries). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ATS tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
