Lead and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across multiple business units.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters and Hiring managers on best practices.
Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategy.
Oversee vendor management, including negotiation of service agreements and performance reviews.
Manage third party contingent worker (recruiters only)
Ensure compliance with global and local hiring regulations and standards. Manage end-to-end recruitment module on SuccessFactors and ensure data accuracy.
Manage end-to-end offer process including drafting offers, approvals, negotiations, and release.
Identify and implement cost-effective measures of hiring.
Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
Conduct data-driven analysis of recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement (20%)
Support Manager HR in recruitment-related HR operations for the site (e.g., onboarding/offboarding of new hires, recruitment process audits, documentation).
Conduct regular audits of recruitment data in HR systems and submit reports to Manager HR.
Handle agreements and invoices of recruitment service providers.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data analysis.
