Key Responsibilities:
Screening - 60%
Screen resumes against job requirements across multiple roles
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video)
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, stability, and fit
Maintain accurate candidate data and screening notes
Shortlist and share quality profiles within defined TATs
Calling & Coordination - 40%
Make outbound calls to candidates for interviews and follow-ups
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
Regular follow-ups for interview feedback and offer closures
Handle candidate queries and manage end-to-end communication
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of
recruitment consultancy experience
Strong hands-on experience in screening and telephonic hiring
Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate engagement
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Clear communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Profile:
Female candidates only
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Target-driven mindset with attention to quality hiring
