Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment, with at least 1 year in a consultancy/agency
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.), referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and suitability.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relations with clients and candidates.
Manage client accounts (if assigned) and ensure timely closures.
Maintain ATS records and prepare hiring reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years overall, with at least 1 year in consultancy/agency recruitment (IT & Non-IT preferred).
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi , Bengali.
Hands-on experience with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.
