Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.
Handle hiring for technical, engineering, datacentre operations, and support functions.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social platforms, and internal referrals.
Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology, datacentre, engineering, IT infrastructure, or non-IT domains, with exposure to diverse technical and leadership hiring, C Suit Hiring.
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple mandates.
Strong understanding of technical job roles is an added advantage.
Exposure to innovative recruitment strategies beyond traditional methodologies, including the use of AI tools and digital platforms for talent acquisition.
