Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with supporting HR generalist activities such as onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, basic compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements and execute recruitment plans.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring.
Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including offer rollout and joining.
Handle onboarding, documentation, background verification, and employee records.
Support payroll with attendance, leave, and employee master data.
Manage leave, attendance, and employee queries.
Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support HR MIS, performance management, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
Skills Required
Strong Talent Acquisition & hiring skills
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination & HR software
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Self-driven with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
