Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and focus on managing the complete recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Draft and publish compelling job descriptions and postings on job portals, social media, and company channels
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, campus drives, and other platforms
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers
Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and support smooth joining formalities
Maintain and update candidate records
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness)
Prepare weekly dashboards on hiring status and share reports
Assist with building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment and operational strategies with business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree (preferably in HR / Business Administration)
Overall, 2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition (Non-IT & IT).
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
Proficiency in Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment dashboards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Working Days:
Monday- Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturday
2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays will be weekly off.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of HR analytics or talent forecasting
Experience in engagement activities, L&D, and other aspects of HR operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
