Designation - Senior HR Recruiter

Location - Rohini West

CTC - Up to 40K

Key Responsibilities

1.

Talent Sourcing:

Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.

2.

Candidate Evaluation:

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, fit,

and potential.

3.

Job Postings:

Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.

4.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and build strong working relationships.

5.

Pipeline Development:

Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a similar role.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with recruitment tools, software, and modern HR best practices.
