To oversee all project engineering activities with a yearly volume of 45 M$ revenue of HPS LSS INDIA business unit Managing team of 40 members comprising of system engineers, Advanced system engineers and System engineering supervisors Develop new engineering partners for outsourcing engineering / site commissioning partners. Planning CEP- certification targets and tracking to meet them month on month basis. Competency management of entire engineering team - identifying key areas of skill set enhancement and arranging required trainings. hiring right talent from market, skill set enhancement of existing work force aligning to BTI/HCI/ Cyber solutions Drive standard and best practices in system designs and engineered solutions with a yearly volume of 150 projects Drive Quality Assurance procedures in engineering deliverables across volume of 150 projects

Drive standard and best practices in system designs and engineered solutions. Interact with customers, proposal & estimation, TSC's, Solution Architect, sales and other internal teams. Conduct project design reviews in accordance with project requirements. Drive Quality Assurance procedures in engineering deliverables Drive digitization and standardization in engineering. Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project delivered GM. Support for trouble free design engineering, application engineering, commissioning activities as well as technical project management. Assess customer site for design and installation requirements for complex and integrated projects Lead effective resolution for technical issues & on time project handover. Define engineering & commissioning scope of the projects. Plan / manage technical resource requirements, allocate appropriate resources to projects / project managers to achieve capacity management and financial goals. Develop change and control strategies that enable Project Managers and Engineers to rapidly adhere to core processes & tool utilization. Support P&E, SA, project teams by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and providing project estimates. Drive Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention Shall be able to deliver quick turnaround projects in LSS INDIA

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering


10-15 years of work experience in DCS/ESD/ F&G/ SCADA/PLC projects environment out which at least 10 years to be in lead engineer/ engineering supervisor role.


Should have team management experience for at least 5 years


Knowledge of networking, cyber security and advanced solutions like process historian and alarm manager etc.


Knowledge in legacy Honeywell TPS systems like LCN, UCN and HPM/APM etc


Previous experience working with highly complex DCS / ESD/SCADA/F&G/CCTV technical solutions.


Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
