JOB DESCRIPTION Working with minimal direction, this position will provide systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for mid-d to large information systems.Responsibilities include: Identify/document user requirements for small to mid-d applications Prepare detailed system specifications based on user requirements Develop cost and resource estimates for project Assistance Oracle DBA, with database design Develop and code system components according to specifications Prepare system documentation, including requirements document, specification document, test plans and user manuals Perform unit and system test and, as needed, validation testing Coordinate with Operations staff on deployment of application Coordinate with Help Desk in providing ongoing support on application Provide training to end users on deployed systems Provide guidance to junior staff in executing systems development responsibilities Job Qualification 4-yr degree in Computer Science or related area 6 years experience in applications development in a client/server environment 6 years experience with Oracle database Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Oracle PL/SQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports Oracle APEX Excellent verbal and written communication between customer, manager and project team members Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail Must be able to work within deadlines, ensuring both timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: TOAD or SQL Developer Azure Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and prohibits employment discrimination for employees and applicants based on age, race, color, pregnancy, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, marital status, citizenship, disability or protected veteran or other status protected by federal, state, and/or local law.
