We are currently seeking a Sr System Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

"The Systems Analyst oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization\'s operating systems. This job approves information systems designs and ensures they are appropriate for users\' needs and are consistent with the overall design of the organization\'s information systems architecture. This job manages large projects and is recognized as the Systems expert on the team that solves complex issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
• Analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business and technical knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Research and evaluate emerging technology solutions, including both hardware and software
• Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights to present solutions faced by product teams
• 5+ years\' experience with Informatica Cloud
• 5+ years\' experience with ETL
• Evaluate system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes
• Approve system scope through existing knowledge and fact-finding that informs the development or modification of existing systems
• Communicate strategic decisions with other business and technology associates and partners
• Work directly with end users to understand the individual needs of the business
• Elicit project requirements using interviews, document analysis, storyboards, and use cases.
• Approve technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system
• Maintain documentation and troubleshoot our system and application technology stack
• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and testing of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for modified and new systems.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model, team-oriented, and collaborative environment."
