Job Description
Product Security Analyst
- Please note that this is not a typical IT security admin/incident management role.
- Overall 3-5 years of experience in software development on embedded/C++ Linux platform.
- Experience with scripting languages like python, and shell.
- Broad understanding of security concepts like cryptography, authentication, authorization, security, certificates, and encryption.
- Participate in secure application design reviews, architectures, and secure code development practices.
- Automate security assessments and scans with tools such as Blackduck, Nessus, binwalk, Coverity etc.
- Experienced with open source compliance and vulnerability assessment testing.
- Communicate security issues to management via reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Knowledge of security standards and guidelines from NIST, CSA, and ISO is a plus.
