Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
Perform performance tuning and optimization of HCL Commerce applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
Manage and support deployment environments on AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
Document issues, root cause analysis, and resolutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.
Ensure effective client communication and deliver timely updates on issue resolution.
Follow ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of experience in HCL Commerce (formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce) support/implementation.
Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, and REST APIs.
Expertise in HCL Commerce architecture and subsystems.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in client-facing roles with strong documentation skills.
Good to Have
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of database optimization (DB2, Oracle, or similar).
