Supervise day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance coordination
Ensure exceptional guest experience by addressing guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly
Lead, mentor, and supervise team members; prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards across the property
Assist in implementing hotel SOPs, policies, and service standards
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest services
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations
Support inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic procurement activities
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management
Handle cash, billing issues, and basic MIS reporting when required
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
Minimum
0-2 years
of experience in hotel operations.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and staff management
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
