This role requires a strong understanding of various applications and technologies, a commitment to maintaining stringent access procedures, and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve access-related issues efficiently. The Supervisor will play a critical role in upholding a robust internal control environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Access Administration specialists, overseeing daily deliverables and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Access Management Operations:
  • Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate processing of access requests, changes, and revocations for various applications and technologies.
  • Ensure all access procedures are meticulously maintained and executed in strict adherence to information security policies (ISP standards).
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries, working closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and provide effective resolutions.
  • Manage and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and application teams to facilitate smooth access provisioning and reviews.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls:
  • Ensure a robust internal control environment is maintained within access administration processes to support compliance objectives.
  • Actively participate in and support internal and external audits, including those conducted by the GAO, PWC,IC, BDO by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
  • Identify potential control weaknesses and implement corrective actions to strengthen the overall security posture.
  • Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively monitor system and application access for anomalies or issues.
  • Take prompt corrective actions to resolve access queries and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Benchmark metrics and industry best practices to continuously evaluate and improve access administration processes, tools, and service delivery.
  • Technical Acumen:
  • Possess and maintain basic knowledge of various enterprise applications and underlying technologies relevant to access management.
Qualifications:
BCA or MCA with minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Preferably experience Ford legacy and IERP systems.
Flexible for Shifts
Excellent communication, Verbal and written.
