We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Calculation Engineer to carry out basic and detailed civil & structural design for industrial and plant engineering projects. The role requires strong expertise in structural analysis, design calculations, and multidisciplinary coordination while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for industrial facilities
Design pipe racks, equipment foundations, technological structures, platforms, sheds, and BOP structures
Analyze and design substructures including isolated footings, rafts, piles, tanks, pits, and dynamic foundations
Carry out structural design calculations as per Indian, American, and European codes
Prepare and check design calculation reports and provide inputs to designers and draftsmen
Review GA drawings, detailed drawings, and 3D models for design compliance
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and resolve technical design issues
Ensure adherence to QA procedures, standards, and project requirements
Handle design activities independently and support junior engineers when required
Requirements:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
9-12 years of experience in structural analysis & design for industrial/plant projects
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro; working knowledge of MAT3D and RCDC
Experience in foundation design including static and dynamic equipment foundations
Familiarity with Tekla, Navisworks, and connection design tools
Knowledge of international codes and standards
Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills
