Job Title: Store Manager - Textile

Full time - 10am to 10pm

Salary: 35k to 45k

Location: Thiruvanmiyur - 25% travel includes

Responsible for all Stores Sales Growth YOY

Setting Sales targets and motivate to team to achieve them Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning Developing Sales Strategies for achieving revenue targets Forecasting sales performance and take proactive measures to drive sales Analyse Sales trends and customer preference for products availability Develop In-store campaign and Seasonal Sales Strategies Ensure Customers Happy Shopping Experience to retain customers Maintain High Level of Standard for Stores presentation and merchandizing Address Customer Complaints / Enquiries / Concerns and Implement Better Solutions Coordinate with purchase department and ensure Optimum Level of Stock Availability as per ROL Responsible for maintaining Stock Ageing within Standard Ensure Zero Stock-out Analyze competitor activities, forecasting emerging market trends and conducting regular mystery shopping

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
